Grayson, star of 'Chrisley Knows Best,' was badly injured in a car accident and was rushed to the hospital.

Grayson Chrisley of "Chrisley Knows Best" totaled his car on the interstate after rear-ending another truck... and he was hospitalized as a result of his injuries

Grayson was driving his Ford F-150 on I-65 in Nashville last Saturday around 5:30 PM when he crashed into the back of a Dodge pickup truck that was stopped in heavy traffic, according to Tennessee police.

Officers on the scene, according to cops, asked Grayson what happened. Todd and Julie Chrisley's son had no recollection of the accident, possibly due to a head injury. He was taken to the hospital by ambulance.

Grayson's truck was photographed after the incident, and the bumper is mangled, the hood is cracked, and the windshield is shattered.

According to police, the driver of the truck Grayson rear-ended was also injured but refused medical attention. Both vehicles were reportedly towed away from the scene.

Grayson's incident is yet another setback for the reality TV family... as previously reported, his parents were found guilty of bank fraud and tax evasion in June. Todd and Julie are currently awaiting their sentencing and face up to 30 years in federal prison.
