Eight players were dismissed from the TCU-George Washington women's basketball game on Monday night after a wild fistfight broke out during the game.
The Schollmaier Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, is where it all happened. After GW guard Essence Brown pulled Bella Cravens' hair while attempting to steal the ball, the TCU forward lost her cool.
Uncertainty about Brown's motivation did not deter Cravens, who attacked Brown right away, setting off a WWE-style brawl on the court.
In the video, when the two women come face to face, Cravens pushes Brown, which is when things got heated and both parties started throwing punches.
The two were being separated by women from both teams when a TCU player shoved Brown in the back, causing her to appear to lose her balance.
Raegan Pebley, the head coach of TCU, commented on the incident, "We would never want to participate in something like that. Never again do we want to take part in anything similar."
