Zendaya is the stage name of Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman, an American teen actress, singer, dancer, and model (born September 1, 1996) As a part of the summer conservatory program at the Orinda California Shakespeare Theatre, Oakland School for the Arts, and Call Shakes, she started her professional career at a young age with a dance company called Future Shock Oakland. She appeared in the Kidz Bop remake of Katy Perry's hit song "Hot 'n' Cold" when she was a teenager. She began her professional career by working at Old Navy, Macy's, and Mervyn's.
