After the Lincoln Way Spar shop stabbing, three people were arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.

Lincoln Way stabbing, Corby - A man and two juveniles are being held in jail after being arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in connection with a stabbing in Corby. According to detective Inspector Tania Ash, the police launched an investigation following the incident, which occurred at approximately 7.30 p.m. on Saturday (November 19th, 2022) at the Spar shop on Lincoln Way.

Stabbed victim admitted to hospital

According to a Northamptonshire Police Department report on Facebook, the victim was assaulted inside the business by a group of three or four men who were all wearing masks and concealing their identities. The victim, a 19-year-old man, was rushed to the hospital with critical injuries.

Three suspects were apprehended by police.

A spokeswoman for Northamptonshire Police said this morning that three men from Corby had been detained on suspicion of attempted murder. The suspects range in age from 15 to 34 years old. The Northamptonshire Police Department did not immediately release the victim's name at the time of this report. The reason for the incident is still unknown. The names of the suspects have yet to be released by the Northamptonshire Police Department.
